2. Class Survey - Archery Class
   Please take a moment to answer a few questions about the Archery Class your child took with East Brunswick Recreation at Lakeview Camp.
4. Did your child enjoy the program?

   1. Very much - Loved it

   4. Would have preferred to be doing something else
   5. Hated it and couldn't wait for it to end
5. Did the class meet your expectations?

7. How was the length of the program (4 weeks)?

   1. Just the right length
   2. Could have been a little longer - 5 or 6 week class
   3. Way too short - could have been 7 or 8 weeks long
   4. A little too long - could have been a 2 or 3 week program
   5. Could have been a 1 day clinic that was 3 hours in length
8. Would you sign your child up in the Fall if class was offerred?

   1. Yes - my child(ren) loved it and want to do again
   2. Probably - depends on timing and other activities
   3. Possibly
   4. Likely Not - my child(ren) did it once and don't really want to do again
