VITAL RECORDS
The Registrar of the East Brunswick Vital Statistics Office is responsible for maintaining original vital records as listed below:
- Birth Certificate
- Death Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Civil Unions
- Domestic Partnerships

VITAL RECORD FEE
The fee is $10 for each certified copy of your birth certificate, marriage certificate, domestic partnership certificate, or death certificate.
IDENTIFICATION (REQUIRED!)
Applicants are required to provide proof of identification and provide additional documentation to link themselves to the record:
- State Government-Issued ID: Driver’s License/State ID
Note: The applicant’s current address must match the ID provided. If not, please provide proof of residence. - Federal Issued ID – Passport
Note: You must provide proof of your current residence when using your passport as a form of identification.
