  • EB State of Emergency Declaration: Order to close day centers, adult day centers, barber shops, hair salons, and all state licensed cosmetology establishments and massage establishments within the Township of East Brunswick. - Order effective as of March 17, 2020 @ 8PM

New Jersey State Orders

  • OEM Administrative Order 2020-10 - ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES - amends which business are permitted to operate and clarifying ways in which some businesses may operate in accordance with Executive Order No. 107, more specifically related to pet and animal retail and personal care services.
  • OEM Administrative Order 2020-08HOTELS, MOTELS, GUEST HOMES -  allows municipalities and counties to impose additional restrictions on short-term rentals in response to COVID-19 in accordance with Executive Order No. 108, this Order takes effect at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 5th. 
  • OEM Administrative Order 2020-07 - BLOOD DRIVES - expands on the allowance of blood drives in accordance with Executive Order No. 107
  • OEM Administrative Order 2020-06  - ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES - amends which businesses are permitted to operate and clarifying ways in which some businesses may operate in accordance with Executive Order No. 107

  • OEM Administrative Order 2020-05 - ESSENTIAL RETAIL BUSINESSES BEACHES AND BOARDWALKS -expands the list of essential retail businesses permitted to operate in accordance with Executive Order No. 107

  • OEM Administrative Order 2020-04 - GATHERINGS - clarified that gatherings of 10 persons or fewer are presumed to be in compliance with the terms and intentions of the Executive Order No. 107

  • OEM Administrative Order 2020-03 - MANDATORY FACILITY CLOSURES - order to close all municipal, county and state public libraries, and all libraries and computer labs at public and private colleges and universities in accordance with Executive Order No. 104.

  • OEM Administrative Order 2020-02 - MANDATORY FACILITY CLOSURES  - order to close personal care service facilities and public and private social clubs in accordance with Executive Order No. 104

  • OEM Administrative Order March 17, 2020 - MANDATORY FACILITY CLOSURES - expands the list of facilities that must be closed to the public in accordance with Executive Order No. 104
